Spicy Chicken Pot

Have you tried Spicy Chicken Pot? It’s considered a fairly new dish (few years) with the ever-growing Szechuan style hot pot and this is one of them. In my opinion, this dish is a combination of the Mala and oyster sauce flavour which quickly became one of my favourites. Here is a simplified version of the Spicy Chicken Hot Pot that you too can try making!

Japanese Croquette

Croquette is a Japanese potato snack that is usually sold in udon restaurant or in streets in Japan. It’s a delicious snack coated in bread crumbs and deep-fried into perfect that is loved by everyone!
This snack may look intimidating, but I’ve made an easy recipe on how to make Japanese Croquette. You can make them beforehand and store it in the freezer, enjoy whenever you want!

Homemade Fish & Chips that you can prepare within 30 minutes! I’ve simplified the ingredients and fairly easy to get in your local supermarket. Try, experiment and change it to suit your taste! If you like it with a little heat, put in some chili powder.

Want to have a good start to a good day? Have a good breakfast! There is nothing better than having a good meal to start your day. Since I woke up early today, I thought I could do some simple cooking. It really doesn’t take much time and effort. I wouldn’t even call this a recipe because there is basically nothing fancy just salt and pepper and 3 main ingredients. It’s that simple and easy. Plus you can always hype it up with more stuff, like sausages, hams, a toast, anything that would satisfied your empty stomach in the morning. I was still in my pajamas when I was cooking this. Hence, this will be a short and simple post.
